Event Permit
Some sites require permits or reservations while others don’t. This will tell you what the Admin Authority expects.
Event Fee
If there is a fee to reserve a site or acquire a permit, this number will reflect a rough estimate of the least expensive option.
Pro Permit
If you are going to have a professional wedding vendor, the Admin Authority may require special permits just for them.
Pro Permit Fee
Depending on the professional vendor, they may pass the permitting fee on to you. Some have annual passes that may bypass this too.
Admin Authority
This is the organization who owns and/or manages the land at the site. They are responsible for permits, rules, etc.
Admin Contact
The Admin Contact is the person or persons in charge of the site. These are the people who can answer questions or provide assistance.
